HIPAA-enabled configuration and BAA
For a practice that is a covered entity. Practice with HIPAA is $749 a month; Group with HIPAA is $1,249. Aday Interactive, Inc. sets up the HIPAA-enabled configuration for minimum-necessary access, scopes the voice agent to scheduling so no health details reach it, and signs a Business Associate Agreement with your practice before first login. It runs on a dedicated HIPAA-configured account that holds only practices with this add-on.
- Practice and Group only. Solo is for businesses that are not covered entities.
- Guided setup ($500 one time) is required with the add-on.
- BAA signed before first login; configuration is minimum-necessary by role.
- The AI voice agent is scoped to scheduling and logistics. It handles no health details, because the voice subprocessors have no published BAA status.
- The first HIPAA seat carries a 3-month minimum. That is the one exception to no contract, because the module cannot be switched off once it is on.

Do you need the HIPAA add-on?
If your practice bills insurance electronically, including through your EHR or a billing service, you are almost certainly a covered entity under HIPAA and will need it. If you take no insurance and send no claims, you may not be. One covered service makes the whole practice covered. We will not decide your status for you; ask your compliance counsel. Either way, health details are handled with care on every seat.

Usage and overage
Each plan carries a monthly allowance of text messages and, from Practice up, minutes of AI voice. Allowances are per month and do not roll over.
Overage is invoiced monthly by Aday Interactive, Inc. at published rates: $0.03 per text segment and $0.25 per minute of AI voice. A long text can count as two segments. The rates are on every invoice.
Email is not metered. Confirmations, reminders and sequences by email do not count against the allowance.
A text segment is up to 160 characters in plain English, or 70 when the message carries accented characters, so a Spanish text often uses two segments. Your templates are written with that in mind.
Also included, every plan
Social media publishing and DM inboxes are deliberately not offered. Those channels sit outside the platform’s documented HIPAA coverage, and we would rather leave a gap than sell you something we cannot stand behind for patient data.

Every plan ships with the bilingual templates, pipelines, and sequences already built. Whether you configure them yourself, have us walk you through it, or hand the whole thing over is your call.
Solo is hands-off, on purpose
Solo includes the seat, the setup course, the documentation, and email support that answers by the next business day. It does not include an onboarding call, configuration changes made for you, or scheduled time with our team. Many solo practitioners want exactly that: a system they set up in one sitting and never have to talk to anyone about. If you would rather have a person walk you through it, add guided setup or start on Practice.

Want more than setup? Bring your own consultant or agency, the account is yours and anyone competent can configure it. If you would rather we handled it, Aday Interactive, Inc. in Coral Gables does custom build and implementation work: a Growth Systems Intensive at $1,950, or a 90-day implementation from $4,500. Either way it is scoped before you commit, so you never pay for setup you did not ask for.

Implementation is never required, and it does not have to be us. One thing to know either way: with the HIPAA add-on, once the BAA is signed, Aday Interactive, Inc. remains your business associate under it no matter who configures the account, and a third-party implementer handling PHI would need its own agreement with your practice.
Support terms
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Response windows begin at the next business day’s opening.
Response, not resolution. The times above are when you hear back from a person, not when a change is finished. Anything needing a build is scoped when we reply.
Optimization reviews are scheduled in advance by agreement. A review not taken in its period does not accrue or carry forward.
In-person visits are within Miami-Dade County, by appointment and subject to availability. Outside the county we work remotely.
Not an emergency service. Support covers the intake system. It is not clinical cover, and it is not a channel for anything urgent involving a patient.
Guided setup is a one-time fee, invoiced at onboarding, and covers one onboarding call. Further configuration time is scoped and quoted.
The HIPAA add-on is $100 a month on a Practice or Group seat, billed with the seat. The first HIPAA seat carries a 3-month minimum; every other term is month to month.
