Which parts of South Florida do you cover?
Miami-Dade and Broward, and remotely beyond that. We build specifically for Coral Gables, Brickell and Pinecrest because each breaks intake differently, but the same system runs anywhere in South Florida.
Where are you based?
TheraCRM.pro is operated by Aday Interactive, Inc. at 338 Minorca Avenue, Suite 202, Coral Gables, FL 33134. Most of the practices we work with are within a fifteen-minute drive, and for local practices we usually start in person.
Do you work with practices outside those three neighborhoods?
Yes. The build is the same and we work across South Florida. The three neighborhood pages exist because each one has a genuinely different intake problem, not because they are the only places we work.
Is the intake actually bilingual, or translated?
Both languages come from a single build, so they cannot drift apart. Whichever language someone submits in sets the language of every message that follows, form, automated reply, reminders and the voice agent.
Which kinds of practice do you work with?
Therapy and mental health, med spas and aesthetics, dental, and concierge or cash-pay medical. The underlying build is shared; intake fields, pipeline stages and routing rules differ by practice type.
Will you sign a BAA?
Yes, with the HIPAA add-on. The HIPAA-enabled configuration and BAA is a $100 a month add-on on a Practice or Group seat, with guided setup required and a 3-month minimum on the first HIPAA seat. Aday Interactive, Inc. signs the Business Associate Agreement before first login. It is not available on Solo, which is for businesses that are not covered entities. TheraCRM.pro is not a covered entity and does not provide legal advice.
What does it cost?
Three plans, billed monthly: Solo at $349, Practice at $649, and Group at $1,149. Bilingual intake comes with every plan. For a covered entity, the HIPAA-enabled configuration and BAA is a $100 a month add-on on Practice and Group.
